We would suggest Blackfriar Anti-Slip Deck Coating here, test a small area first to ensure compatability, appearance, adhesion etc. before doing the whole area.
Thank you for your enquiry, unfortunately we wouldn't have anything to offer to combat this problem for you.
We would recommend Rust-Oleum Tarmacoat which can be applied directly to clean, dry tarmac and is available in a range of standard colours. It is not designed as a levelling coating but if you apply a couple of coats it may assist in filling in very shallow depths.

We would recommend Hydron AG4 Graffiti Remover to assist in removing the existing bitumen from the floor before applying any paint coatings.
We would recommend Smartkote Protectakote UVR for this application but new concrete must be left a minimum of 28 days to cure before painting.
We would recommend bare rusty surfaces be primed with Rust-Oleum 769/780 Damp-Proof Rust Primer which is left for 24 hours before overcoating with Rust-Oleum CombiColor.
We're able to offer a waterproofing, flexible and crack bridging product in way of Rust-Oleum Mathys Murfill Waterproofing Coating. This can be applied to old, sound paintwork following thorough brushing down. If the surface is bare or the paint surface is chalking, you wuold need to first prime the surafce with Mathys Pegafix. Any cracks larger than 0.5mm would need filling with Rust-Oleum Mathys Elastofill. The system will not necessarily prevent further cracks in the substrate but the flexibility in the coating will prevent cracks from showing.
Blackfriar High-Heat Resistant Paint would be recommended for applying a black, heat resistant finish on the externals of a wood burner.

The result provides a ready to use product that leaves an evenly textured, slip resistant surface that is easy to clean and extremely durable.
Please see our blog post: Painting the Walls around a Fireplace or Multi Fuel Stove
When dry, we would recommend trying our 402 Damp Proof Coating.
Unfortunately we wouldn't have anything suitable for this application.
GacoPro Roof Coating would be our recommendation for this as it can be applied directly to EPDM.
Try Coo-Var Suregrip Anti-Slip Floor Paint, this has a very coarse texture to it.
Rust-Oleum CombiColor Multi-Surface would be a good product to trial for this application.
Please see our blog post: Painting the Walls around a Fireplace or Multi Fuel Stove
Rust-Oleum Heat Resistant Paint 750°C could be used for all areas not in direct contact with flames or food.
You could try something like Wethertex HBS Flex-Coat Hi-Build Coating, we have no specific experience over 'tryolean' but it may give a similar finish to the American product you have found to carry out small repairs.

Unfortunately we currently have no products we could offer for direct heat contact.
We would recommend Smartkote Protectatkote UVR to create an anti-slip finish on external drain covers. You would need to the prime the metal with Smartkote Protectakote 2K Metal Primer before applying Protectakote UVR. The plastic ones would need to be abraded to create a key and then cleaned down with Xylene prior to applying Protectakote UVR.
Blackfriar Professional Line Marking Paint is available in a 1lt tin and is compatible with existing road line paints.

If the structure is new we would suggest speaking to whoever you purchased it from / installed it for you. However, as a short term fix it could be worth trying something like Rust-Oleum LeakSeal on a small area to see if this is effective as it comes in clear so would try to keep the look of the roof for you. This obviously can't be guaranteed but may help until a permanent solution can be found with the sellers/installers.
We don't have anything in a paint form for this but we would suggest one of the Heskins range of reflective tapes would be worth considering.
Please see our blog post Painting the Walls around a Fireplace or Multi Fuel Stove.

If the concrete already has a damp proof course then our 303 Epoxy Floor Paint applied in 2 coats would be durable and resistant to many mild forms of chemicals. Alternatively, if the concrete does not have a damp proof course then 2 coats of our 402 Damp Proof Coating would be ideal. Assuming the decking is timber and has previously been painted with a standard single pack anti-slip coating then Coo-Var Anti-Slip Acrylic Floor Paint applied in 2 coats would provide a slip resistant finish.
The existing rust would need removing by hand/power tool back down to a bare metal substrate before ensuring the surface is clean ready for painting. Applying 2 coats of Rust-Oleum Mathys Noxyde Pegarust would provide an anti-corrosive, waterproof finish.
Rust-Oleum Tarmacoat is available in a range of standard colours and can be applied to clean, dry asphalt or tarmac. We couldn't guarantee that any of our products are permanent but if the coating is regularly inspected and any maintenance undertaken it will provide a long lasting finish.

To seal a leak on external roofs we would recommend Rust-Oleum Mathys Fillcoat Fibres which is fibre reinforced and crack bridging to seal leaks and cracks instantly.
Assuming the bitumen is adhesive residue (at least 97% removed) then you could prime the surface with SCHÖNOX SHP followed by SCHÖNOX HS 10 if the screed would be 10mm or less. If the substrate is purely bitumen then we wouldn't have anything we could recommend.

Our blog post for the more popular questions we're asked about paint says:
"Eggshell paint is a type of paint finish that does actually look like the surface of an eggshell. Comparing it to more commonly found finishes in the UK, it has less of a sheen than satin or silk but more than that of matt emulsion paint or ‘satinwood’."
"The eggshell paint finish is commonplace on heritage or rustic styled interior walls and can look spectacular when adding vintage characteristics to wood. Expect to find it used in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and even in conservatories, where its 20% sheen (approx.) can be set off nicely by the evening sunlight."
Where to use eggshell paint:
"How about bedroom furniture – drawers, wooden bedframes, even picture frames – or kitchen cabinets. In the living room it could be used on fireplaces/fire-surrounds, bannister rails, skirting-boards or to decorate hat and coat stands."
"It can also be used externally, on window sills for example, or on doors, as it doesn’t yellow very easily."
See our blog post on the subject: What’s The Difference Between Satin and Gloss Paint?
"A satin finish will leave you with a medium gloss, that doesn’t shine as much as gloss paint as it’s less reflective. It can be great for hiding imperfections because of the finish, whereas the gloss can highlight imperfections."
