Rust-Oleum Combicolor Original can be used to paint metal garage doors, depending on the type of metal the required primer will vary.

Assuming the doors are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet, we would recommend Rust-Oleum 3369/3380 CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion for bare steel areas or Rust-Oleum PVDF Primer for bare galvanised or aluminium areas.

We would recommend testing for compatibility and adhesion when over painting previously applied paints.
