Assuming the garage doors are steel, clean, dry and as such rust is removed as possible prior to application we can recommend Rust-Oleum Combicolor Original.

This is available in many RAL and BS colours.

It can be applied directly to de rusted steel but we would recommend for added protection to prime with Rust-Oleum 3369/3380 CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion prior to application.
