Does Wethertex AP77 require a primer? And will it adhere to an existing external masonry paint, or would it require stripping first?
For application to new or bare surfaces AP77 should be diluted 10-50% with clean water depending on the substrate for a primer coat. AP77 can be applied over existing paint, assuming the previous coating is compatible, sound, dry and well adhered. Testing for adhesion on a small area prior to application is recommend.
