good morning. I am looking for a product to paint onto exterior stone/concrete steps to our front door that are overhead an habitable basement entrance. I would like it to be non slip for the steps and waterproof to prevent excessive water coming through and damaging the overhead plaster outside the basement entrance. could you recommend a product please? ideally a sandstone colour if available.
