Hello, I was hoping you could assist with the selection of the correct paint for a ceiling suffering flaking paint, damp & condensation. This is due to a small amount of steady water ingress from a faulty chimney/chimney flashing or a roof leak. I am still trying to trace the source afrer 5 years! I realise the paint won't cure the problem but it should buy me time whilst the roof investigations continue. I was thinking of either Brittania Dampproofing paint or Coovars anti condensation paint or Zinsser mould resisting paint. It needs to be paintable onto a damp previously painted surface.
