Hi can you please advise on what products would be best for me to use, I have an engineered oak wooden floor and it’s been down for about 9 years and has lost its shine and I intend to sand it down hopefully next month. The floor is currently light oak coloured and I would like to change the colour to light grey and seal it. Many thanks Regards Lorraine
