Unfortunately we do not have a clear sealer product to recommend for application over a painted substrate.

But assuming a painted finish is suitable, the previously painted substrate is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can reccomend Rust-Oleum Mathys Murfill Waterproofing Coating.

We would recommend testing for compatibility and adhesion prior to full application.
