Hi, I have a listed building dated 1850 where the brickwork in the roof void is very crumbly and spalling due to previous damp and water ingress from the roof. I have now got a new roof and I am interested in stabilising the wall so I can use the roof void for storage. What products would you recommend to stabilise the old brickwork and potentially re-render to a suitable finish so it can be used for storage.
