Assuming the UPVC is aged, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the Technical Data Sheet we can recommend Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Water Based.
This can be applied directly to prepared aged UPVC and you will require two coats.
This is available in many RAL and BS colours in a matt, stain or gloss finish.
