Assuming the galvanised roof sheets are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Tikkurila Temadur 10.

This would require three coats with the first coat thinned 15% with Tikkurila Thinner 1048.

This can be mixed to many RAL and BS colours in a matt finish.

Assuming the galvanising is in good condition typically prepared by through cleaning with Tikkurila Panssaripesu Roof Cleaning Agent.

Once thoroughly cleaned we generally recommend that the surfaces are abraded with non-metallic abrasive to form a ‘key’ and to remove any zinc oxidation (white salts).
