I am looking for a heat resistant paint that is also waterproof. My front door is south facing therefore gets all weather thrown at it. Could you advise a paint that would be suitable to use?
Assuming the door is UPVC, composite or timber, the heat resistance required is in relation to direct sunlight rather than another source of heat, the door is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet, we can recommend Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Water Based.
This can be mixed to many RAL and BS colours and is available in matt, satin or a gloss finish.
