Need Help?

I have damp at the base of my inside garage wall, no puddles of water or ingress, just damp patches at floor level where the water is clearly penetrating between the ground level blocks and slab. There is standing water on the outside after rain, but dries fairly quickly, inside and out. I am thinking of black-jacking the outside and painting the floor on the inside. Can you recommend two products, one for the blackjacking (or equivalent, and one for the interior concrete floor.

Assuming the concrete floor is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the Technical Data Sheet we can recommend 402 Damp Proof Coating.

This can used to provide a surface damp-proof membrane.

For a black bituminous paint you could consider Eagle Black Bituminous Paint.
