i intend to paint over a previously painted garage door.(reason is to simply change color to white). existing paintwork (brown) is in reasonable condition with no peeling or rust. i will of course lightly sand the door and wash down with soapy water.your recommendation for the top coat would be appreciated. ps do i need to apply an undercoat
