Assuming the timber is clean, dry, sound and prepared we can recommend Wethertex OT25 Wood-Flex Satin Opaque Timber Paint. This is available in many RAL and BS colours. If the timber is bare Zanders PF59 Stain Blocking Primer Finish primer will be required before application.
