Zinsser AllCoat Exterior (Water Based) in satin or gloss finishes can be applied directly to aged UPVC.
Zinsser AllCoat Exterior Matt (Water Based) this will require a coat of Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 prior to application.
New UPVC must be wiped down with a solvent wipe using methylated spirits prior to application.
