Assuming you are looking for a paint to line the pond we can recommend Teamac Chlorvar Chlorinated Rubber Paint.

For application a thinned down first coat (15%) with Chlorvar thinners, followed by a further two coats are required.

Then leave pond empty for 2 weeks before refilling.
