What product would you recommend to block white effervescence appearing through masonry painted external block walling in good condition?
Assuming the efflorescence is removed, the wall is clean, sound and prepared as detailed in the Technical Data sheet we can recommend Zinsser Watertite.
This product works best on a bare substrate, we would recommend removal of the old paint prior to application.
