Hi, Hope you can help. I have 4 large RSJs that have been incorporated into an old 1930s warehouse. They replaced the original opening that the canal boats would pull alone side and then the cranes would then bring up. Since these are now residential homes, we suffer condensation from the RSJ and wanted to get a rubber paint to add a protective barrier. Ideally inside and outside of the RSJ.
