Assuming this is a Parex Monorex Monocouche Colour Through Render it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Wethertex AP77 Flexible Smooth Masonry Paint.
3 coats would be required with the first thinned 5-10% with clean water as a primer coat.
