Need Help?

Hi there, I'm after a paint solution for painting a stainless steel splashback in a kitchen environment. I'd like something thats very hard-wearing and will withstand cleaning products/degreasers. We're after a matte/satin gold finish. In addition, would you suggest a primer would be required or is there a straight-to-metal option? Many thanks, Scott

Rust-Oleum Combi Primer Adhesion would stick to the stainless steel surface once it has been cleaned and degreased, this could then be overcoated with Rust-Oleum CombiColor which is available in a standard gold or tinted 'pearl' finishes. This should then be overcoated with Rust-Oleum 4900 Polycoat 2K but please be aware, none of these products are designed to be heat or come in direct contact with flames so may not be suitable if close to the heat source.
