Hi there. I need to paint, or cover a new concrete floor that has been poured in my new dog grooming spa. It's 4.5m x 16.5m so roughly 75 square meters. I am stenciling a pattern onto it first to give a large tiled effect and want a clear coat on top. What would you recommend? I understand I'll need a primer first in some cases, I'd need this clear too because my stenciling is off white onto the grey concrete. Many thanks for you help.
