There are that many products to choose from, I'm not sure what I require. I have an old asbestos garage roof which i have cleaned of lichen and power washed clean, exposing bare bits of board. Approximatelly 18 sq m. I assume I will require some sealer of sorts followed by the top coat of whatever is suitable. Can you advise please. Many thanks Dave Kell
