Unfortunately we do not have a reflective paint to recommend that can be walked on. 

You could consider Heskins Safety-Grip Photoluminescent Anti-Slip Tape Rolls .

Unfortunately we do not have a paint to recommend for this application, but you could consider using Sika Setting Sand as the jointing material as this resists weeds. 

Blackfriar Professional Solar Reflective Paint White can be applied to clean, dry, sound and prepared masonry surfaces.

Assuming the outside step is bare concrete, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Rust-Oleum 7200 Floorcoat PU used with Rust-Oleum Non-Skid Additive NS 100.

This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours and Chartwell Green in a satin or gloss finish.

Assuming the cast iron bench is bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Rust-Oleum 3369/3380 CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion followed by Rust-Oleum CombiColor Original. 

This is available in a satin or gloss finish mixed to Chartwell Green, but this is not metallic.

Unfortunately to rectify this we would recommend to sand back the oil and either recoat in a lighter shade of  Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C (you could also add pure to the mahogany oil you have to lighten the colour) or sand it all the way back, add Rubio Monocoat Precolor Easy mint white which counteracts the redness in wood and then apply the oil again.

If a tape is suitable you could consider Heskins Glass Bead DOT-Approved Reflective Tape.

This is available in white, red or yellow.

For a fluorescent paint option you could consider the Coo-Var Glocote Fluorescent Paint System.

Assuming the previously painted gates are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Rust-Oleum CombiColor Original.

This is available mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a satin or gloss finish. 

If there is any bare galvanised areas, these shoudl be primed first with Rust-Oleum 3302 CombiPrimer Adhesion Primer.

Assuming the patio slabs are concrete, there is is a damp proof membrane under the slabs, they are bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend the system below.

 The bare concrete must be acid etched prior to application.

Followed by 3 coats of Coo-Var Anti-Slip Acrylic Floor Paint with the first coat thinned 10% with clean water.

Unfortunately we would not recommend to paint sealed limestone floor tiles.

To remove the previously applied paint we would recommend blasting or removing with mechanical preparation.

Assuming the aluminium garage door is polyester powdercoated, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Kolorbond Aquatek.

Assuming the roof has the corrosion removed, it is clean, dry sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Rust-Oleum Mathys Noxyde Plus for spray application.

This is available in a range of colours in a satin finish.

This product is designed for waterproofing of flat roofs and gutters, it is not a decorative paint. 

For this application depending on the finish of the render, assuming it is cement based you could consider Rust-Oleum Mathys Murfill Quartz  to address small surface uneveness.

It provides a textured, waterproof surface coating to exterior walls and façades.

This can be overpainted with water based paints.

While we do not have a product to recommend to restore the finish to the door, if you wanted to paint the door you could consider the Kolorbond uPVC Painting Kits.

This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a satin finish.

For this application assuming the stone is porous, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet you could consider Tikkurila Muuri.

While we have no experience of it being applied to Cotswold Stone assuming it has some porosity and with this in mind would have thought it would be ok to paint but as ever in these circumstances a small test would probably be advisable first to make sure it adheres ok.

With reference to the heavily stained issue however this does pose a potential problem in as much that the contamination could cause a few issues such as discolouration of the Muuri (bleeding) and potentially may also impair adhesion resulting in flaking and general loss of adhesion if this cannot be removed prior to application.

This paint can withstand upto 300°C in white or upto 180°C in a tinted colour. 

This is not suitable for direct flame contact.

Assuming the stone step is bare, porous, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Coo-Var Anti-Slip Acrylic Floor Paint.

The first coat should be thinned 5% with clean water. 

This is available in a range of colours in a matt anti-slip finish.

Yes a paint for this area would be a solid colour and it would not be possible to replicate the wood finish exactly if there is more than one colour on the sills.
