Good evening I have small (2.5 X 4.5) flat roof on my garage. The roof is made of larger concrete panels. The roof of the garage is used as a patio and is tiled over (big concrete tiles). Garage was not water proof. I am looking for alternative to torch on bitumen membranes; something that can be rolled or brushed on. It can be bitumen based or other. I do intend to have the tiles back on the roof after waterproofing. Would you be able to recommend any of your products? Kind regards Marika
