Hello, I am paining some rusty steel RSJ’s. I intent to wire brush surface rust and treat with a rust primer and/or direct to rust paint. I would like a low gloss black finish. What would you recommend?
Assuming the steels do not require a level of fire protection, all rust is removed, they are bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Rust-Oleum CombiColor Original.
This is available in many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a satin or gloss finish.
A suitable primer such as Rust-Oleum 3369/3380 CombiPrimer Anti-Corrosion should be used prior to application.
