Hello there. I'm a fan of Keim. I take care of a flat in London which is ex-Council. The exterior facing walls are freezing cold, and condensation pours off them. They're currently painted with about 50 years of matt vinyl emulsion. What Keim products, and what process would you suggest I use to remedy the situation?
For Keim products to be used for this application, all the existing coatings would need to be removed, allowing the substrate to thoroughly dry out prior to application.
The area must be clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet, primed with Keim Ecosil Grund followed by Keim Ecosil-Me.
This is available in many colours in a semi-matt finish.
