The lime rendered walls must be allowed to dry for at least 28 days prior to application. 

Assuming this is done, the external lime rendered walls are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet you could consider Graphenstone Ambient Primer L42 followed by Graphenstone GCS Exterior
