Assuming the metal is steel, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Rust-Oleum CombiColor Original for a satin finish.

This is available in 1ltr or 2.5ltr tins for mixed colours.

We have no reference for sunset orange, but this can be mixed to mant RAL, NCS or BS colours.
