Need Help?

Hi guys, I have a concrete walkway that I have been asked to look at the topside and apply some kind of waterproof anti-slip coating system, there are signs of water penetration on the underside not too bad but caught it before any serious damage is done fortunately So we want to properly seal this top side to ensure structural integrity is maintained going forward I am feeling a bit overwhelmed by the choice of different products, I do have some experience in the marine industry working with epoxy and polyurethane products boat building and repairs but in 2023 they had a change in health and safety so looks like I need an update in my training, I'll take your advise on that and what you recommend For product selection these are my criteria and hopefully you can direct me toward products systems that meet with this criteria So Its light foot traffic its a walkway in a church so it connects the Presbytery to the main church, this is for the priest to walk across to the sacristy where he prepares for mass, super light foot fall but we do want a product that is durable and will last a long time Needs to be anti-slip A colour choice would be ideal as this is also decorative It is exposed to the rain and frost in winter time Its being applied in the winter probably 10-15 degrees and there is no way to fully cover it up after application Needs to be a roller or brush applied like a paint or resin type product The surface to be applied is some rough concrete but its super clean and dust free I anticipate great bond strength, the other surface 90% of the area is like a trowel finished sand & cement screed Budget is a consideration so not super high end, I have I would say 30sq meters and would like to keep the materials cost under £400, of course if that won't work then we need to increase that budget to get the job done right, its a case for the appropriate budget without going overboard with a product that is over the top its about getting the right balance Please feel free to contact me for more information I can get some photos if that helps Many thanks Robert.
