Hi, i have a problem cellar/coal hole which has been 'tanked' using Vandex BB75 and then finished with Limecrete + finish, but that has failed. An established Treatment firm carried out a patch repair by cutting out the affected area back to the base and then applying Remmers Multi-Tight, but that has since failed again. The same firm has subsequently suggested that rather than cutting it right back again i could (having prepared the surface) simply decorate with Multi-Tight on top of the Limecrete. Do you ahve any concerns with that as a proposal?
