Assuming the concrete blocks are bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Hydron Nu-Guard AG.

This is available in clear or a range of colours in a semi-matt finish.

If the concerte blocks are porous, Hydron Nu-Guard WB Concrete Sealer should be used prior to application.
