Hi what is the most suitable and economical epoxy primer for a canal boat hull for continuos inmersion Thanks Nacho

Assuming the canal boat hull is steel, it is bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Jotun Jotamastic Smart Pack HB.

This can be used on its own below the waterline, it is available in range of colours in a semi-gloss finish.

It is recommended to apply 3 coats, the first by brush and the second and third by roller.

Minimum 1 day between coats, maximum 7 days.

If any areas to be painted are above the waterline Jotun Hardtop XP could be used as a topcoat.
