I have had my park home newly renovated with new windows doors and two coat smooth sand cement rendering. The size is 6m x 18m I would like advice on exterior paint/ colours/ quantity/ application method. Also if a color chart is available could it be posted to. Assuming the bare sand and cement render is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend two coats of AP77 with the first coat diluted 10 to 50% with clean water. depending on the substrate.
This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a matt finish.
Unfortunately the manufacturers do not produce colour charts but they are available to purchase here or to view at our trade counter in Leeds or many other trade paint suppliers.
