Assuming the render is fully cured, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Tikkurila Muuri. 

This can with resist dry heat upto 300°C in white and 180°C in the range of tinted colours.

This is not suitable for direct flame contact.
