I have to renovate a church baptistry pool with a wall, base and steps surface area 20 sq metres. It currently has a rubberised paint coating that a deteriorating in visual appearance and has small leaks. What materials would you recommend and approximate quantities for 2 good coats. Having worked with rubberised paints before I am looking for guidance as to breathing masks etc. The main pool floor area is 3m long X 1.2m wide X 1.2m deep. Existing ventilation is plenty of doors and windows with no mechanical extraction. The room will have 4 clear days after work ceases for odour and fumes to disperse.
