Assuming the lime washed walls are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet you could consider Graphenstone Ambient Primer L42 followed by Graphenstone GCS Exterior.

This has a very light texture, we would recommend to try a Graphenstone Sample to check the texture is what you are looking for.
