Most suitable industrial gutter lining product and primers needed. I have a number of steel box gutters to re-line at a major port as a proactive approach to prolonging life and preventing ingress. most of these have surface rust which we would clean to an ST3 standard before applying the product. There are a lot to choose from on here, and some mixed information regarding primers etc. Can you please recommend the most appropriate product for me with the following points in mind; - needs to be easy to apply as the gutters are only approx 500mm wide so our operatives will have minimal room to work in so preferably a product that doesn't require matting to be cut and installed. - need to be suitable for an environment with high sulpher content in the air due to the neighboring operations. - Needs to be suitable for an environment with lots of vibration due to all the plant and HGV movement on the ground level below, so I'm assuming it would need a high level of elasticity? - Ideally something that doesn't take forever to dry so we can hit the second coat on the same day and keep the project moving, or is a one coat system. - something that would offer at least a 5 year warranty that we can offer and honour to our client with the maunfacturers backing.
