Assuming the areas to be painted are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet you could consider Zinsser Perma-White Interior.

This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a matt or satin finish.

If the timber is bare it should be primed first with Zinsser Cover Stain.

If the new cement plastered walls are bare these should be primed first with Zinsser Drywall Pro 2 in 1.
