Please advise the best paint to re-cover a 70m2 concrete floor that was painted with an unknown 2 part paint about 20 years ago? It is a domestic setting - the downstairs of a house and has underfloor heating loops within the concrete. It has moderate to heavy wear and the current paint has changed colour in areas that are more exposed to the sun.

Epoxy floor paints are not uv stable so any new application will also discolour over time.

Assuming the previously applied 2 pack paint is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend 303 Epoxy Floor Paint.

The previously applied paint must be prepared mechanically.

We would recommend testing on a small area for compatibility and adhesion prior to full application.

For 70m² you would require approximately a 15kg tin per coat.
