Re. Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Satin. I recently bought from you a sample of RAL 050 30 36 Rosewood Brown which proved to be a "too light" colour mismatch to my existing window cills but I was able to telephone one of your technical colleagues, James, who kindly advised that it was difficult to match actual colours with the small online examples. We agreed that my two suggested alternatives, RAL 80I6 Mahogany Brown and RAL 010 20 20 Dark Mahogany, to which I have added RAL 8015 Chestnut Brown, should be further colours to try in sample sizes. James tried to switch me to your sales office in order for me to place an order for the three samples but regrettably I got cut off in the process. I did ring again but was surprised to learn from a sales lady that I could not order samples via telephone but I could do so online by clicking on each of the chosen colour samples and (presumably), transferring my choices to a "basket". My attempt to do so has failed because there seems to be no facility online to order quantities smaller than 1litre. I am at a loss to understand all this so I would be grateful for your advice as to how I could obtain the three samples I require. Brian Thomas
