To repaint patchy faded existing brown UPVC south facing front door (upvc brown leadlight widows) would you suggest a Zinsser satin finish, matt finish or gloss finish? The upvc finish on the windows don't need painting. Also is it necessary to use Bulls Eye 1,2,3 undercoat in the first place? R Morrison 01507 600685

Zinsser AllCoat Exterior (Water Based) would be suitable for this application to bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared upvc.

Two coats would be recommended or three on areas such as sills, a primer would not be required.

This is available mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a matt, satin or gloss finish.

Any of the finishes would be suitable.
