Unfortunately the finish rosewood is normally made of multiple colours which cannot be replicated with a paint.
You could consider Kolorbond uPVC Painting Kits assuming the upvc is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet.
This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a satin finish.
We would recommend to view a physical RAL, NCS or BS colours chart in person to ascertain the suitability of a colour.
