We have 15 square metre sandwich preparation room with an existing, many years, hard brick laid floor. it is mainly dry but at this time of year some damp patches occur. The bricks are in the main in good condition. Is there a product that we could apply to the surface which would be durable and produce a smooth finish? I can email some pictures... Many thanks
