Assuming the kitchen cupboards are a laminate, they are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend to primer first with Zinsser B-I-N followed by 2 coats of Zinsser Perma-White Interior.

This is available in many RAL, NCS or BS colours including a Ready mixed white in a satin or matt finish.

This is scuff and scrub resistant.
