Assuming the concrete slab has a damp proof membrane, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet you could consider Rust-Oleum 7200 Floorcoat PU.

This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a satin or gloss finish.

On porous concrete a first coat should be applied with Rust-Oleum 7200 Floorcoat PU diluted with ±5% Rust-Oleum Thinner 633.

On new concrete (>28 days) use Rust-Oleum 7201 Universal Floor Primer as a first coat or use Rust-Oleum Mathys 108 Surfa Etch Solution to neutralise any remaining alkalinity from the cement.

Remove curing compounds by means of dust free blasting.
