Concrete Floor Sealers

Dependant on requirements, water-based and solvent-based floor primers and sealers are available. These differ in VOCs, drying time, recoatable times and approximate coverage rates. Each product varies in graded performance for; new-build projects which require a sealer to reduce the porosity of and work deep beneath new concrete surfaces, dustproofing it in a single clear coating - against older concrete flooring that has recently been repaired and may need a hardened sealer to further reinforce it.
Industrial Concrete Floor Primers
Concrete floors in more aggressive environments, such as factories and warehouses, along with commercial garages and vehicle manufacture plants will require heavy-duty floor primers that can be overcoated with concrete or epoxy floor paints. These will help deliver high-performing protection against impact damage and light, medium and heavy vehicular use.
