Flashing and roof primers are designed to provide a base for bituminous topcoats and roof sealants to adhere to on dusty and porous surfaces, promoting higher waterproofing capabilities and are an integral part of any roof coating installation. Roof primers are also critical parts of successful repair and renovation work, including the addition of skylights, solar-panels, etc. on previously waterproofed roofs.
Reinforcement Fleeces
Reinforcement fleeces are ideal to add additional strength, flexibility and durability to your roof. Especially when you are dealing with cracks, splits, holes or joins in roofing, the addition of reinforcement fleeces will increase the life expectancy of your roof and coating system. Primers
Primers are great to ensure the substrate is in optimal condition for the next layer of paint. If you are renovating an existing roof, a primer might be needed to stabilize loose particles, to prepare weathered substrates or to prevent the absorption of moisture on porous substrates.
