A tough and durable 1K Polyurethane Fleet enamel based on a unique specially formulated blend of polyurethane and chain stopped alkyd resins leading to excellent gloss retention, abrasion resistance, adhesion, toughness, durability and chemical resistance.

Combines a long wet edge time with quick through drying allowing the largest of areas to be sprayed without dusty overspray problems
Rapid taping and processing times for realistic second colour applications
Good resistance to yellowing in white and pastel shades combined with excellent light-fastness and hiding power
Brush or spray application
Hard dry in 8 hours @20°C

ColourPicker Explained

In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

*Colours are sold in the nearest tin size but actual paint volume per tin may vary up to 10% depending on colour

Colour reproduction of the Products on the Site is limited by the technology used to deliver web pages and by the colour representation of Customer’s own monitor and computer set-up. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. We recommend that Customer first purchases the smallest Product available or access an industry standard colour chart in person (and not digitally) to ensure that the colour is acceptable for its purposes.

Important instructions before use:

Read and follow Safety Data Sheet, Technical Data Sheet (see 'Data sheets' tab above) and label instructions
Stir all paints thoroughly before use
Always use the same batch number on the same job
Check colour & sheen - HMG will not accept any discrepancies arising after use
Filter the product immediately before use
Reduce emissions and maintain quality by replacing tin lid after use

Viscosity: 30 - 35 seconds B4 cup

Surface should be lightly denibbed prior to overcoating

Suggested Thinner/Primer/Filler:

Cleaning

Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants
HMG produce a full range of cleaners, silicone removers, degreasers and preparatory cleaners suitable for the cleaning process

Storage

Store between 5°C - 25°C
When not in use, cans must be kept sealed

Health & Safety

Refer to Safety Data Sheet (see 'Data Sheets' tab above) and tin label prior to use
Suitable respiratory equipment should be worn when spraying
Contaminated rags, spray booth filters or other substrates should be segregated from other chemical waste, soaked with Water and disposed of in a non-combustible container with a tight fitting lid
