Coverage
- 0.80 – 0.40kg/m² per coat:
- 3 - 6m² or 75 – 150 linear metres @ 100mm wide per 2.5kg
Surface Preparation
- Concrete shall be a minimum of 21 days old and/or the residual moisture content shall be below 6%
- Ensure that the concrete is clean and free from dust, laitance, grease, oil, curing compound and existing paint finishes etc
- Blow holes and defective concrete shall be made good using 201 Epoxy Repair Mortar or similar
- Existing coatings shall be sound and free from contaminants
- Suitable mechanical treatment such as vacuum gritblasting is the preferred treatment prior to application as this ensures a mechanical “key” for the coating
Mixing:
- Pour the contents of the curing agent container into the base container and thoroughly mix, preferably by mechanical means until a uniform colour is achieved
Mixing Ratio:
- By Volume - 3.05 Base : 1 Curing Agent
- By Weight - 100 Base : 22.5 Curing Agent
Application
- Apply by brush or short pile roller at a nominal rate of 0.40-0.80kg/m²
Cleaning
- Clean equipment with 109 Tool Cleaner prior to the curing of the coating
Curing
- Allow to cure for a minimum of 5 hours @ 20°C prior to light foot traffic access and 10 hours @ 20°C prior to vehicular trafficking
- 7 days cure @ 20°C is recommended prior to exposure to chemicals
Limitations
- Do not apply to wet or uncured concrete surfaces
- Do not apply at temperatures of 3°C or less
Storage & Shelf Life
- Store in dry conditions at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C
- Do not expose to freezing conditions
- 602 HD Line Marking Paint has a minimum of 12 months shelf life when stored in original, unopened containers in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
Health & Safety
- Wear gloves and goggles
- Wash off splashes immediately with soap and water
- Please refer to Material Safety Data Sheet for additional information
- 602 HD Line Marking Paint shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions

I am currently using this product in a warehouse and it's really runny almost like water is there any tips to stop it being runny and running under the line tape? The lines look smudged when the tape is removed Thanks |
